The WILUP Team headed by Dr. Vida Q. Carandang visited the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University to discuss the partnership and possible activities of WILUP in Baroro Watershed on June 23, 2022. The project team members were introduced to key DMMSU execs, including Ms. Angelina T. Gonzales, OIC-Vice President for Research and Extension. During the meeting, the team briefly presented the project objectives and activities to DMMSU, highlighting the importance of the R2R watershed method in creating development plans. It was suggested that if DMMSU adopts the strategy, it will make it easier for other LGUs to develop CLUPs since assistance can be provided by the institution.
