WILUP Team headed by Dr. Vida Carandang and Dr. Rex Victor Cruz visits San Gabriel Municipality and pays a courtesy call meeting with the outgoing mayor Hon. Herminigildo Velasco to discuss current concerns related to the Baroro Watershed. The headwaters of Baroro Watershed are found in the Municipality of San Gabriel.

WILUP is joined by the Integration of Traditional and Modern Bioproduction Systems for a Sustainable and Resilient Future Under Climate & Ecosystems Changes (ITMoB) Team headed by Dr. Juan Pulhin. They will also conduct a preliminary FGD with stakeholders to identify and characterize the local bioproduction system in the San Gabriel community.
